This page explains what happens to your information when you take the How Turned Up Is Your Aura? quiz from Keep Up With Liv. The short version: we use it to give you your results, we only add you to Liv's emails if you tick the box, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your answers to the 12 questions, and the six dial scores they produce.
- Whether you ticked the box to get Liv's emails.
- When you started and finished the quiz, and whether your results email was delivered.
- If you arrived through a tagged link (for example from Instagram or an email), the name of that link or campaign.
We don't ask for payment details, and the quiz doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To show your results on screen and email you one copy of them.
- To add you to Liv's email list, only if you ticked the box. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave anytime.
- To look at overall patterns, like average scores, so we can improve the quiz and Liv's programs.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us run the quiz
We use a few trusted services. They only handle your information to provide their service to us:
- Netlify hosts the quiz and stores the responses. Like most websites, its servers also keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address.
- Resend delivers your results email.
- Flodesk sends Liv's emails, if you opted in.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this page, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
These companies may store and process information in the United States.
On your device
Your browser saves your quiz progress and the name and email you entered, so refreshing the page doesn't lose your place. This stays on your own device, and you can clear it anytime in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your quiz responses for as long as we need them to run the quiz and Liv's programs, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email liv@keepupwithliv.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle quiz information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
